Radiant Floors was founded in 2025 by Werner Bester, driven by a passion for innovation, architecture, and quality craftsmanship. After spending time in the United Kingdom gaining hands-on experience alongside his brother — an underfloor heating specialist with more than 25 years of industry expertise — Werner returned to South Africa with a clear vision: to transform the local underfloor heating market with smarter, more efficient solutions.

During his experience abroad, Werner identified a major concern shared by many homeowners and developers in South Africa — the perception that underfloor heating is too expensive to run. Recognising a gap in the market, he set out to offer a solution that combines luxury, comfort, and energy efficiency without the excessive operating costs traditionally associated with underfloor heating systems.

This vision led to Radiant Floors securing the sole distribution rights in South Africa for a revolutionary European-produced underfloor heating product. Designed with advanced technology and efficiency in mind, the system delivers superior comfort while dramatically reducing energy consumption, making underfloor heating more accessible and practical for modern homes and developments.
